19-year-old ANGUS T. JONES has released a statement in the wake of his super religious, anti-"Two and a Half Men" rant and he's APOLOGIZING. Sort of. He says he'd like everyone connected with the show to know that he's sorry he called it THE DEVIL'S FILTH and told everyone NOT to watch it. But . . . he isn't exactly taking it back. He says, quote, "While I cannot address everything that's been said or right every misstatement or misunderstanding, there is one thing I want to make clear. "Without qualification, I am grateful to, and have the highest regard and respect for all of the wonderful people on 'Two and Half Men' with whom I have worked and over the past 10 years, who have become an extension of my family. "Chuck Lorre, Peter Roth and many others at Warner Bros. and CBS are responsible for what has been one of the most significant experiences in my life to date. I thank them for the opportunity they have given and continue to give me. "And the help and guidance I have and expect to continue to receive from them. "I apologize if my remarks reflect me showing indifference to and disrespect of my colleagues and a lack of appreciation of the extraordinary opportunity of which I have been blessed. I never intended that."

LISA ROBIN KELLY who played TOPHER GRACE'S hot sister on "That '70s Show" was arrested Monday night after she and her husband got into a fight at their North Carolina home. Lisa's husband was arrested, too. This marks Lisa's THIRD arrest since 2010, and her second arrest for domestic violence this year. Police say no drugs or alcohol were involved this time, but in the past, Lisa has copped to a drinking problem, which pretty much led to the end of her gig on "That '70s Show". She was arrested for DUI in 2010. And this past March, she was arrested for beating up a boyfriend, although the charges were eventually dropped. We don't know if that was the same guy she got in the fight with last night.

Raw footage from an interview with a woman in Portland, Oregon is blowing up online because for no apparent reason, she revealed to the local news that her vacuum cleaner salesman has seen her NAKED. Apparently someone had crashed their car into a building, and the woman had witnessed it. And while she was talking about businesses nearby, she said, quote, "I know the vacuum cleaner man. He's seen my [breasts]." (She actually said the T-word that rhymes with "Fitz.") She added, quote, "I know that's not going on TV, but it's true . . . I'm not here to lie to you." Then at the end of the interview, the reporter asked if she had anything else to add, and the woman offered to flash the CAMERA CREW.
A WOMAN DOWN IN MANATEE COUNTY BEAT HER MAN UP FOR NOT GETTING HER OFF!
On Monday night, 24-year-old Raquel Gonzalez of Manatee County, Florida was having sex with her boyfriend, 30-year-old Esric Davis. According to the police report, things took a bad turn when, quote, "Esric climaxed and Raquel did not." She started HITTING him and SCRATCHING him until he could get away. He called the cops, and Raquel was arrested for felony domestic battery. The police report says alcohol was a factor . . . although based on what we know about alcohol and sexual performance, we're guessing that means Raquel was drunk and Esric was sober.

You want to be the first appointment of the day. That's when your barber or stylist is fresh, and by definition, can't be backed up with other appointments that ran long.Return things to stores at 10:00 A.M. When stores open, they have the best ratio of staff to customers. It's the best time to get service with the fewest other people in the store getting in the way. Take a flight between 11:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M. That's when there are the fewest weather delays, and it helps you avoid the airport rush. Take a nap between 1:00 P.M. and 2:30 P.M. That's the time that works best with your body's natural rhythms. And the nap should last 15 to 20 minutes. Once you pass 30 minutes you'll feel even groggier when you wake up. The New York Yankees just secured the services of one of their best-known arms, while another could be back in pinstripes again next year as well. On Tuesday, the Yanks signed lefty Andy Pettitte to a one-year contract worth $11 million, while the team expressed optimism that future Hall of Fame closer Mariano Rivera could be the next pitcher to put pen to paper and sign on the dotted line. The 43-year old Rivera missed most of last season with a knee injury, but is expected to make just about as much as Pettitte will be pulling down.
MARVIN MILLER, THE FATHER OF FREE AGENCY, DIED AT 95 :(
Marvin Miller, the man who in 1966 changed professional sports forever when he began his 16-run as executive director of the Major League Players Association, died Tuesday of liver cancer at his home in New York. He was 95. Miller was responsible for shifting the economics of professional sports forever when in 1975 he won free agency for MLB players. Current MLB union chief Michael Weiner said, “All players – past, present and future – owe a debt of gratitude to Marvin, and his influence transcends baseball.”
