THE CHARGES AGAINST BON JOVI’S DAUGHTER FOR THE HEROIN ARREST HAVE BEEN DROPPED…SHOCKER
Drug possession charges against JON BON JOVI'S 19-year-old daughter have been dropped because of something called the Good Samaritan 911 law. Stephanie Bongiovi overdosed on HEROIN in her dorm room at Hamilton College in Upstate New York on Wednesday. She and a 21-year-old male student were then charged with possession of heroin, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Under this law, though, anyone who overdoses, or who seeks help for an overdose victim, can't be prosecuted for having a small amount of heroin or ANY amount of marijuana. The law is supposed to reduce overdose deaths by encouraging people to call 911 without fear of being arrested. Charges against Stephanie's 21-year-old friend were also dropped.

STAR WARS FIGURINES & DOMINOES HAVE MADE IT INTO THE TOY HALL OF FAME!
Star Wars and dominoes were inducted Thursday into the National Toy Hall of Fame. Both toys will join Barbie, Mr. Potato Head, marbles and the Teddy Bear in the Hall. A Toy Hall of Fame spokesman said Star Wars action figures were introduced by Kenner in the 1970s. But De Niro had been trying to get a hold of Jay to discuss the details, and Jay wouldn't call him back. So when Jay went over to his table to say hello, De Niro let him have it. A source says, quote, "Bob wasn't in any mood to make polite conversation. He told Jay that if somebody calls you six times, you call them back. It doesn't matter who you are, that is just rude." Witnesses say Jay tried to joke his way out of the situation, and even BEYONCÉ tried to smooth things over but De Niro wouldn't stand down. The source says, quote, "It was the talk of the party. Everyone was saying there's only one star in New York bigger and badder than Jay-Z, and that's Robert De Niro. He can be quite scary when he's angry."

But Macy’s yesterday said they have no plans to fire the Celebrity Apprentice star. "Macy's marketing and merchandise offerings are not representative of any political position," the company said in a statement to US Weekly. "Many of the individuals associated with products sold at Macy's -- or at any retailer, for that matter -- express personal opinions that are not related to the merchandise we sell or to the philosophies of our company."

The website Film.com has put together a list of the 50 Worst Comedies of All Time. And they gave the ultimate dishonor to "Dumb and Dumberer: When Harry Met Lloyd". Meanwhile, EDDIE MURPHY who's made some of the FUNNIEST movies ever has TWO films in the Top 10: "Norbit" and "The Adventures of Pluto Nash". Those were his only appearances in the Top 50, though. ADAM SANDLER didn't make the Top 10, but he still had FOUR movies on the list: "Jack and Jill", "Little Nicky", "That's My Boy" and "I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry". But his stink is on the list in other ways. He co-wrote and produced "Bucky Larson: Born to Be a Star" . . . which came in at #2. Filmmaker Brett Morgen is working on a new documentary on late Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain, due out in 2014, the New York Post reports. Morgen said, “Courtney [Love] is the one that brought me into this. We’ve been trying to find the right time to put this film together and the time is now. Kurt was not only an amazing songwriter and musician, he was an incredible artist and filmmaker. So we are going to do the movie sort of like a third-person autobiography – [as] if Kurt was around and making a film about himself.”

The last all-new Rage Against the Machine album Renegades came out in 2000, and according to guitarist Tom Morello, fans should stop holding their breath for another to arrive anytime soon. Morello told Billboard the group has “no plans beyond” the November 27 release of Rage Against the Machine: XX, the two-CD/two-DVD compilation celebrating the 20th anniversary of the band’s debut album. He emphasized his focus – at least for now – on looking at the group’s past and not future by providing fans with a “motherlode” Rage “history.”
OBAMA VISITED SANDY SURVIVORS IN NY/NJ YESTERDAY…
President Obama toured storm-ravaged areas of New York City yesterday, surveying the damage left behind by Superstorm Sandy. It was the president’s first up-close look at the devastation in NYC. He previously visited New Jersey on Oct. 31 to meet with Gov. Chris Christie and view recovery efforts in coastal communities. Obama’s tour yesterday included a helicopter ride above Queens and a visit to Staten Island, where he greeted people staying in FEMA tents before setting out on a walking tour. “I’m very proud of you, New York. You’re tough,” Obama said in brief remarks. Much work still needs to be done in the New York area. Thousands are still without power and tens of thousands lost their homes. CLICK HERE

The Buffalo Bills used a 79-yard punt return by Leodis McKelvin, four Rian Lindell field goals and a hearty defense to stymie the Miami Dolphins 19-14 on Thursday. The Bills sacked Dolphins rookie quarterback Ryan Tannehill three times, forced him to throw two interceptions and held him to just 141 yards passing, while bottling up Reggie Bush, allowing him to gain just 20 yards on 10 carries. All this from a defensive squad that came into the game ranked 31st in yards allowed and dead last in points allowed (31.67).

The New York Knicks’ perfect season was severely tested Thursday in San Antonio, the visitor’s finding themselves down by 12 points with seven minutes remaining. The Los Angeles Lakers on Thursday introduced their new coach Mike D’Antoni, who in turn said he wanted to reintroduce “Showtime-type basketball” to his players and the Lakers fans. In a press conference, D’Antoni said, “I told the team if we’re not averaging 110-115 points a game, we need to talk. That’s our goal. It should be easily done.” D’Antoni is expected to make his debut on the Lakers bench Sunday against the Houston Rockets.

MISSING AGGIES RECEIVER JOHNSON FOUND SAFE IN DALLAS!
Three days after vanishing without a trace from campus, Texas A&M freshman wide receiver Thomas Johnson was found safe and unharmed 180 miles away in Dallas. Texas A&M University police informed Johnson’s mother, Linda Hanks, her 18-year old son was found around 2:30a Thursday though they have not disclosed where Johnson was found. Johnson had last been seen leaving his College Station residence around 5p Monday.
