The mayors of Ft. Lauderdale and Tampa had a friendly wager with the Battle of Florida NHL playoffs, with the losing team lighting up their city with the winning team's colors.
Tuesday night, the city of Tampa was lit up in red in honor of the Panthers series win, with Mayor Jane Castor saying, "A bet's a bet."
The Cats will have to wait to find out who they'll playing in round 2.
